KingdomReserve.io gathers navigational information about where our visitors go on our website and information about the technical efficiencies of our website and services. Security Statement

We have made every effort to ensure that the information transmitted to us online is secure through the use of a secure server. With respect to online sales, the person whose name appears on the card must be the one who places the order. KingdomReserve.io uses secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption for securing communications and transactions across the Internet. The SSL protocol uses digital certificates to create and secure confidential communications “pip” between the purchaser and our web entity. Data transmitted over an SSL connection is designed to prevent tampering without the two parties becoming immediately aware of the tampering. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Kingdom Reserve harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that directly or indirectly arise from or are otherwise directly or indirectly related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Kingdom Reserve website or any Kingdom Reserve membership or activities in connection with Kingdom Reserve; (c) your breach or anticipatory breach of this Agreement or any Additional Terms; (d) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; (e) information or material transmitted through your computer, even if not submitted by you, that infringes, violates or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent, publicity, privacy or other right of any person or defames any person; (f) any misrepresentation made by you; or (g) Kingdom Reserve use of your information as permitted under this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or any other written agreement between you and us. You will cooperate as fully required by Kingdom Reserve in the defense of any claim. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this indemnification section, Kingdom Reserve reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you will remain liable for the indemnification obligation. You will not in any event settle any claim without the express written consent of Kingdom Reserve.

Severability

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
